My Story
Lauren Crawley is a senior marketing leader, Head of Digital, Media & Capability, and executive coach with nearly 20 years’ experience across some of the world’s most recognised organisations, including Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, and Kimberly-Clark. She specialises in brand marketing, digital strategy, and leading capability and AI-enabled transformation across marketing organisations.​​​
​​Lauren began her journey at Procter & Gamble, mastering the foundational marketing and leadership skills the company is renowned for, while working on iconic brands such as Olay, SK-II, Pantene, and Gillette. She was subsequently recruited by L’Oréal in Melbourne to lead the L’Oréal Paris brand before serving as Head of the Consumer Marketing Division, overseeing L’Oréal Paris and Garnier. Under her guidance, these brands experienced significant market share growth and achieved multiple Effie award-winning campaigns.

After returning to Sydney, Lauren became Head of Marketing for Australia’s leading baby care brand, Huggies, where she successfully led a turnaround in performance following eight years of decline. She currently serves as Head of Digital, Media & Capability at Kimberly-Clark, working a four-day week in a senior leadership capacity where she leads digital strategy, capability building, and AI-enabled transformation across the organisation.

Alongside this, Lauren has played a central role in designing and leading marketing capability programs at both L’Oréal and Kimberly-Clark, helping to build high-performing teams and future-ready marketing capability. In 2019, she formalised her commitment to leadership development by becoming a qualified executive coach.

Combining extensive global marketing experience, digital and AI leadership, and a people-focused coaching approach, Lauren now works with organisations and individuals to build capability, strengthen leadership, and unlock performance in an evolving, AI-enabled world.
