My Story
Lauren Crawley is an accomplished marketing leader and executive coach, driven by a passion for both marketing excellence and people development. Over her nearly 20-year career at some of the world’s most recognized organizations—including Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, and Kimberly-Clark—she has honed her expertise in brand marketing, digital strategy, and leadership cultivation.​​​
​​Lauren began her journey at Procter & Gamble, mastering the foundational marketing and leadership skills the company is renowned for, while working on iconic brands such as Olay, SK-II, Pantene, and Gillette. She was subsequently recruited by L’Oréal in Melbourne to lead the L’Oréal Paris brand before serving as Head of the Consumer Marketing Division, overseeing L’Oréal Paris and Garnier. Under her guidance, these brands experienced significant market share growth and achieved multiple Effie award-winning campaigns.

After returning to Sydney, Lauren took on the role of Head of Marketing for Australia’s beloved baby brand, Huggies—turning-around its performance following eight years of decline. She now serves part-time as Head of Media, Digital & Capability at Kimberly-Clark, further expanding her digital acumen and focusing on her passion of capability building.

Committed to nurturing talent, Lauren has developed and led the marketing capability programs at both L’Oréal and Kimberly-Clark. In 2019, she solidified her dedication to leadership development by becoming a qualified executive coach.
